Making My First $1000 With My OnlyFans Talent Agency
Okay, let’s get down to business with another update.
I’ll take them one by one and give a little update on each.
My 4 reliable models
Let’s start off with my most recent superstar.
Signed 5 days ago, she’s already got 600+ fans on OF and her account has brought in $450 (gross). I’ve never had a model do this well right out of the gate.
Part of it is because our strategy has become more refined, but I believe the biggest thing with her success is that she provides the best content.
When she provides content, it seems like she is actually enjoying herself — moreso than the other girls.
I’ve noticed that models will sometimes “try” to be sexy, which never works. If they just let themselves go, feel in the moment, and have fun.. the content is always better.
This blonde chick does that.
The only issue with her now is that she hasn’t given us content for a few days. She’s very communicative, but we just haven’t gotten anything new. She said she would send some last night but didn’t send it.
The porn studio, proposals, and contracts
The most recent girl I signed is half of a husband and wife team who own a small adult film studio out in the Midwest.
Most of my communication was with the husband (thank god), and it was like I was doing a B2B business deal instead of trying to chase a cat.
I have a little bit of B2B experience, so in addition to our usual phone call I send him a full on proposal that explained exactly what we were going to do.
Sending a proposal might sound like a pain in the ass to internet marketers, but they are excellent sales tools when written correctly. I obviously have no problem writing, so I just apply my skills to writing proposals.
Another thing that I did with them was to draft a contract and have him sign that as well.
Contracts are very good to have your models sign, but probably not because of what you’re thinking. Most people think that a contract means that the people signing it MUST do certain things.
And while technically that’s true, contracts are rarely enforceable in court. No agency is taking their models to court because they didn’t provide what was outlined in the contract.
Contracts do the following:
- Protect the agency
- Clearly define compensation
- Clearly define what is expected of the model
- Clearly define what the agency will do
- Make the model feel like they are beholden to the agency (“I signed a contract”)
- Guarantee a commitment for a certain length of time with the agency
The final reason is the one that got me to make the contract in the first place.
Basically the way that I look at it is like this:
As an agency, I want the models to provide me with lots of content on a regular basis. In exchange, I promise to do all the work and give them a cut of the earnings.
In the contract (or even the proposal), what I can do is offer them different options.
For example, one of the things I started doing instead of offering a 50/50 split to models is offering 60/40 or even 70/30. When I started, I never thought they would accept something like this. 50/50 sounded fair to me.
But part of making this whole arrangement work is making the model believe that YOU are actually doing most of the work, or at least WAY more work than she is. Which is true.
All she has to do is spend 30 minutes a day taking selfies and making videos, whereas you have to spend your entire day making sure the entire system works.
And as such, you should absolutely be entitled to a bigger piece of the pie. But more than that, the unequal split reinforces in her mind that YOU are the one with the upper hand.
She essentially will think to herself, “He’s getting a bigger percentage because he’s in control.”
After all, women don’t play fair. If they could take 100% and have you do all the work, then they would. Maybe some men are like this too, but most of the ones in business like paying people their fair share so they do a good job.
When you pay them 50/50, they think that you are partners on even footing. You never want that.
Anyway, long story short I got this porn studio to sign with me for a year.
I also got the model I mentioned previously to sign for a year with a modified version of the same contract/proposal. I’ll be using this format for all models going forward unless I come up with a better idea.
The Italian Stripper
Another one of my models that’s doing quite well is a 45 year old Italian ex-stripper. She’s pretty much technologically retarded and can barely use a computer.
She’s also doing quite well because she provides a lot of content on a regular basis. She’s got almost 5000 followers on Reddit and a few hundred fans. She used to be my star until blondie came along. But she’s still doing very well.
However… I had one issue with her the other day that almost caused me to fire her.
She left a voice note for me on WhatsApp that was basically like, “Hey I got into a big fight today with my husband and he left. I don’t know if he’s coming back and I’m really sad, so I won’t be able to give you any content today. I don’t know if I can keep working with you either because I’m really sad. I’ll let you know.”
I heard that shit and almost blew a gasket.
Not because she talked about quitting. If a girl wants to quit and has a legitimate reason, I’m fine with that. I mean it would suck, but live your life.
But this nonsense about, “Oh I don’t know what I’ll do, maybe I will maybe I won’t…” that’s unacceptable.
One thing I’ve learned from this business is that models are flaky and unreliable by nature. You have to provide clear boundaries for them any time they try to pull some bullshit like this.
And they ALL will, so be prepared. I’ll talk more about this later.
But getting back to the story, I replied right away and told her that whatever she wants to do is fine, but if I don’t have content from her that day then I am going to cut her.
I am not going to have someone leave me in limbo and string me along when I could spend that time finding someone who is reliable.
Long story short, we had a long talk after that and I was basically her marriage counselor for about 30 minutes. I even got her to send me some content that day.
My other model…
The last model I have is not doing very well. Remember how I said that when they make content, women try too hard to be sexy instead of just enjoying themselves? That’s this one to a T.
Her videos are downright awful. She’s attractive enough, but she’s just trying way too hard to be sexy.
We don’t want to see you be sexy. We want to see you in the throes of passion.
And while you’re at it, buy a freakin ringlight and move closer to the camera. What is this nonsense?
I am very nice to her though since she tries so hard, is responsive, and provides lots of content. However I don’t want to waste any time with her so I’ve passed her off to someone else who is going to run her account and marketing in exchange for a cut.
I’m not sure how much longer she’ll stick around. Let’s give her another month or so.
The power of community
When I started writing these journey threads, my main motivation was to hold myself accountable by posting my progress here.
What I thought would happen was that I would get so used to making my daily updates, that I would guilt myself into being consistent so that I would have interesting updates to write.
And to be honest, it worked.
I started my journey threads on another forum but was eventually banned. However in the month or so that I was able to update those threads, I made a ton of connections to other people in the industry.
I met and formed relationships with people who get traffic from all kinds of places, who have models for sale, and who have all kinds of tangentially-related skillsets.
It’s definitely shortened my learning curve and 10X my progress.
One of the unexpected ways that it’s helped is that I’ve managed to create a group of badass blackhat motherf*ckers who are all running their own OF agency.
I use this group 10–20 times per day to exchange information, bounce ideas around, and make deals with the other people inside.
In the past, I never really made much money online. I would always start, go hard for a month, and quit.
I believe that what was missing was being part of a community of people who were all working on the same goal.
While the journey threads kept me consistent, the Discord group makes me feel like I want to keep going because if I don’t, then I’ll lose the friends that I’ve made in the group.
Maybe a little too emotional, but it’s keeping me consistent so who cares?
The 500 member Discord group and paid course
A few weeks ago, one member of my Discord community mentioned that they bought an OF agency-building course by a well-known guru in the industry.
I’ve bought enough courses to know that most of them are garbage, but what interested me in this one was that it came with a 500+ member group chat of other agency owners.
I thought about how much value I’d gotten out of my small group and imagined how amazing it would be to have access to a group that was 25X bigger.
The course was $500 but I bought it anyway. I didn’t even really care about the course content (which is also actually pretty good), I just wanted to join the group.
To be honest, there are a lot of new people in there. On average my group probably has better blackhat skills and more experience. But it’s still money well-spent as those people will develop, learn, and eventually make the group better by improving their own operations.
I’d also like to build my group to be that large someday. But it takes time. And it’s harder without having access to the forum that I originally posted on (they banned me). But I’ll get there.
Once I get a little more success, I’d also like to sell coaching services. I think I do a pretty good job explaining what I do, and am confident that once I get a full grasp on how this entire business model works, I can help people become successful without having to reinvent the wheel like I did.
But that’s still a few months away.
Proven Reddit method for getting traffic
When it comes to my two successful models, pretty much all of their traffic is gained through Reddit. I don’t run the traffic / accounts myself, I have someone who is doing that for me, but we talk several times a day and he walks me through exactly what he’s doing.
Here’s essentially how the system works:
- Get naughty pics/videos
- Post them to relevant subreddits
- Repeat x 100 per day
- Optional but recommended: get verified on big subreddits that only accept OC from verified accounts
There are some little tricks here and there regarding how to craft titles, etc. But the bulk of the strategy are the 4 things I listed above.
Until now, we haven’t done any upvoting — only organic posting from aged high karma accounts (purchased).
However, once we get new content packs from our models, we are going to start boosting some of the posts with upvotes to see how that affects things.
In our group chat, someone recently posted a source for extremely cheap upvotes. Upvotes are usually pretty expensive. I think last time I paid around $10 for 65, which is ridiculous.
This new source sells 1000 upvotes for $18! I haven’t done the math but that’s way less than 65 for $10 lol.
Once we get new content, we’re going to experiment with $50-$100 and see how that does.
TikTok unique viral content generator
Until now, I had focused mainly on Reddit. But I’ve heard from multiple people that the best traffic for OF comes from TikTok.
I personally don’t use TikTok because I know if I do, it’s going to suck me in and I’m going to waste a lot of time that I could spend working on shit.
But I know that I needed to get started. And TikTok traffic is the main source of traffic for this course. So since Reddit seems to be doing well, I figured it was time that I bite the bullet and start learning TikTok.
One of the bonuses of this OF agency course that I bought was that the creator was going to throw in free usage of a tool that generates unique content for TikTok.
Essentially what this does is combines two clips together into one, making it so that you can reuse viral content on multiple accounts.
He sells this service for $250/month.
Myself and another enterprising member (actually that I met on HF) decided to reverse engineer his bot and try to make it on our own.
My programming skills are virtually non-existent, but I know how to use Google. Between the two of us we managed to find a working solution in less than 48 hours.
If I wanted to, I could create several thousand unique viral videos in a day for TikTok. I haven’t started posting them yet, but it’s on the list.
I thought about selling the script that I’m using or selling the method, but I think I’ll hold onto it for now until it comes time to start selling my coaching services/course.
Moving forward
I have two major things on my list for the next few days:
- Set up SMS campaign to recruit more models
- Start growing 5 TikTok accounts from my phone with my viral content
I have all the data for the SMS campaign, just trying to figure out how to launch it from a separate phone number and not my personal one.
As for the TikTok accounts, I have the means to create all the videos. Finally just figured it out today. I think I’m going to go to the gym now though, maybe I’ll do it when I get back.
If I’ve missed something please let me know.
