The 7 Deadly Sins Of Running An OnlyFans Agency

8
Hail to the king, baby.

I started out in this game bright eyed and bushy tailed.

I was ready to take on the world.

I had a real life model who I was sleeping with, I got repped by one of the biggest names in the underground space, and I had scouts throwing girls at me left and right.

And I squandered it all.

When I think about how many bad decisions I’ve made in the past five months since starting this journey, I want to kick my own ass.

Yes, I’ve learned a lot. But so what?

Now I’m back working trade shows on the weekends to make ends meet while my models slowly drop off one by one.

I still have a few hardcore girls who don’t seem to be in a rush, but thanks to recent events, I’ve all but given up on them too.

I don’t know what’s going to happen with my agency.

But what I do know is that writing 9000 words about what I’ve learned is going to help me sort it all out.

And maybe by reading this, you might learn something that will help you avoid making the same mistakes that I did.

Deadly Sin #1 – You’re A Procrastinating Little B*tch

If I take a look at my own journey as an agency owner, I can break it up into 5 phases:

  1. Webcam studio
  2. Pivoting to OnlyFans
  3. The “rising star,” golden boy, and branding phase
  4. Stagnation
  5. Doing all the work myself

Out of those 5 phases, there were only 2.5 of them where I actually managed any of the accounts myself.

Obviously in the first phase I had to do some work.

I probably made about $1500 in my first month of running a webcam studio.

Doesn’t sound amazing, but also not bad for a first month.

And I’d be lying to you if I said it was a lot of work.

Was it enjoyable? Not really.

I won’t bore you with the details, but suffice to say that it was during this first phase that I realized that most sex workers are low quality human beings.

Lazy, stupid, ignorant, and not used to working – this is your average sex worker.

“But Mr Papi, I know a sex worker who is studying for her Master’s in biochemistry and doing OF to pay for her tuition!”

That’s cool.

But most sex workers don’t even know how to spell biochemistry.

During this phase I did make a decent amount of money for – at most – a few hours of work per day.

The bulk of this work was babysitting girls on cam and feeding them instructions on how to perform.

A combination of directing girls on cam, chatting with their fans, and keeping my recruiting pipeline full was my life for the first 30 days.

After about a month, I decided to drop webcam entirely and focus on OnlyFans.

I must have told people a dozen times: “OnlyFans is a lot less work and a lot more money.”

I stand by that statement, but it’s not quite so simple.

I don’t recommend the webcam business, but one thing I’ll say is that it is easier to make quick money with average or even unattractive girls on webcam.

The first successful stream I ever had with a model brought in almost $400 in just a few hours.

And this girl wasn’t anything special.

Not only was she over 40 years old, but she did the stream on her laptop webcam. No microphone, no Lovense, nothing.

During that stream, she got 4-5 private shows at 90 tokens per minute.

$400 for the first cam session is pretty amazing, especially for a 40+ year old milf with an archaic webcam and no experience.

Unfortunately, we were unable to recreate the magic and she quit about a week later.

Another model I had – another 35+ milf type – was SO bad on her streams that I actually had to mute her while we worked.

I’ve never seen someone with such bad stage fright in my life.

She would try to be sexy but it was clear that she was extremely uncomfortable.

It was almost like she was being forced to do it against her will.

Now before you go and report me to the Romanian authorities, obviosuly she wasn’t.

This chick was a certified freak and regularly attended sex parties and orgies with her husband.

She wasn’t the most attractive out there, but she had a big pair of natural boobs and could have done way better if she had managed to just loosen up a little bit.

She even had a panic attack on our first cam session and disconnected after an hour.

I thought that would be the end of her, but her husband sent me a text a few hours later and told me she was dehydrated and that she’d give it another shot tomorrow.

True to his word, she showed up the next day and did her thing.

And even that girl had days where she brought in a $200.

The thing with webcamming is that it forces you to work.

You actually have to sit there on cam with these girls and tell them what to do because they are so utterly clueless as to what men want to see.

Many of them literally need to be told what to do every couple of minutes because they have no idea.

That said, you will make money.

Unless the girl is extraordinary, it probably won’t be a lot. But it will be something.

Once I made the transition to OnlyFans, the dynamic between the models and I changed.

Instead of doing a few hours of live sessions per day, I had to give them instructions via email and wait around until they did it.

Eventually, this developed into my “successful” onboarding sequence that clearly explained what we needed from the model in order to start.

But making the switch from webcam to OnlyFans meant starting over.

After struggling to make money with my awkward milf, I partnered with my Reddit Genius and threw him another milf that I had signed.

Tall, tanned, and sporting some HHs made of Italy’s finest silicone, she generated $800 during her first week.

My job was to recruit the girls and manage them, while my partner handled the traffic and chatting.

What seemed like a blessing at the time would turn out to be a curse in disguise, as this easy success made me think this would be a viable business model moving forward.

Around this time, I started getting fancy with the articles and positioning myself as a connector in the industry.

And while that’s not necessarily a bad thing, it didn’t work so well for my agency.

The worst part is that by focusing on being a connector, I wrote off the day-to-day management tasks of the agency as unimportant.

In other words, it turned me into a lazy little procrastinating b*tch.

While my Reddit Genius was busy running traffic and chatting, there’s NO REASON why I couldn’t have done the same thing for my other girls.

Even just a few posts a day would have been fine. But instead, I decided to be lazy and look for the easy money instead.

As the blog picked up steam, I started getting messages like, “Hey, your blog is great! I’m thinking of starting an OnlyFans agency. Mind if I ask you a few questions?”

A few months ago, I loved the attention.

“People actually want to hear from ME? I’m important? This is great!”

I let it get to my head and started to work more for the attention than what I got into this business for in the first place: MONEY.

But now?

Yes, I do mind.

Not because you’re a bad person, but because your questions are so f*cking basic that they could literally be answered with a few simple Google searches.

And the more “complex” questions could be answered with a few days of actual work.

  • “Where do I find models?”
  • “How should I reach out to them?”
  • “Do I need an Instagram account for my agency?”
  • “Can you recommend any good Telegram groups?”
  • “Do you have a contract I can use?”
  • “Can I get a copy of your sales letter?”
  • “Can you send me your 70 page chatter manual?”

Yes, these are perfectly valid questions. Nobody is born knowing this stuff.

But what makes you think I should waste my time spoonfeeding you this basic information?

Slightly less AIDS-transmitting is the newbie who hits me up with some variation of:

“Hi there. I would like to make myself useful to you. What can I do to help you?”

Back when I first started getting some recognition, I creamed my pants every time I got one of these DMs.

“Wow,” I thought. “Look at all this free labor. This will help me scale even faster!”

I was so naive.

What this “how can I add value to you” message REALLY means is this:

“I’m too lazy to do any research and too scared to try anything because I might fail, so can you just give me the sauce so that I can abandon you as soon as I master it?”

If you’re so dead set on reaching out to a public figure in this or any space, come with something specific.

For example, a few months ago I had someone approach me with an offer:

If I sent them my sales letter for recruiting models, he would create an animated explainer video for it.

As a result, I’m now the proud owner of a 20+ minute video sales letter that I can send to especially braindead models if I ever want to convince them to sign with me.

Here’s the point: this gentleman approached me with a specific offer that I could make a “yes, no, or yes but” decision on immediately.

You’re really going to send me a DM and make me think of a way that you, a completely green newbie with no understanding of the game at all, can help me with my complex problems that I don’t even want to waste time EXPLAINING to you?

This is just another symptom of procrastination.

You don’t need to DM me or anyone else. Just go try something.

Take my advice: if you want to try your hand at running an agency, just start.

Yes, you’ll suck at first. But we all suck at first.

But you’ll never be good at something unless you’re prepared to be bad at it first.

If you want to start an agency, don’t be like me.

Recruit girls.

Put their content in front of as many simps as possible.

Try to sell content to their fans.

It’s that simple.

Deadly Sin #2 – You Have Models, But You Don’t Promote Them Enough

After my Reddit Genius took over the Italian milf – and later, my Superstar – I did what I do best: I started writing.

Thanks to a once-benevolent Telegram group owner (and a little bit of luck), I started getting all kinds of opportunities thrown my way.

Looking back, most of these “opportunities” turned out to be AIDS-inducing, but at the time I was too inexperienced to realize it.

I said yes to everything and everyone.

But by this point, my system for onboarding models was freakishly effective.

  • My outreach was compelling
  • My sales letter “convinced” them to sign
  • I aced every Zoom call
  • My onboarding emails were professional, polished, and spurred models to action
  • My training videos (for models) primed them to work hard
  • My contract was clear (and the terms were very much in my favor)
  • The list of launch content was substantial and had plenty of examples
  • The hardcore/PPV content guidelines could turn church girls into porn stars

To this day, I don’t think there’s a single person in the industry that has a tighter recruiting and onboarding system than I do.

But also to this day, I haven’t developed much of a process after that.

Once I started getting offers thrown my way, I would take them through my onboarding funnel and hand them off to an account manager.

By “account manager,” I mean “anyone with a pulse who agreed to run traffic and chat for 30% of the profits.”

And by “anyone,” I mean ANYONE.

This arrangement allowed me to forget about that model and refine my recruiting process even further.

At one point I had 29 different accounts for models being run by various account managers.

(Ask me how many I have today.)

What really drives me crazy is that I can turn this system back on with a snap of my fingers. I still have all the components.

Where this process broke down was that I expected inexperienced account managers with no skin in the game to perform tasks they had no idea how to do for half of what they would earn if they had recruited the girls themselves.

I didn’t realize this until it was too late, but by then I had already committed to the bit of being the connector.

Driving traffic was scary. Chatting was icky.

If I WERE to turn it back on, I’d keep it very simple.

  1. Recruit a specific type of girl
  2. Put her through the onboarding funnel
  3. Find a list of 30 subreddits that fit her niche
  4. Send her subreddit verification instructions
  5. Send her the content requirements (launch, scripts, poses, videos to copy, weekly requirements, etc)
  6. Buy an aged Reddit account with karma
  7. Hire a VA for $300/mo to post every day to the list of subreddits
  8. Send the VA a list of post titles (I have over 2000 now) to plug in
  9. Set up chatter flows, menu, and pricelist on the OnlyFans account
  10. Hire another VA to chat with fans (easier said than done)
  11. Repeat for every new girl

This is what I SHOULD have done. But hindsight is 20/20.

My problem was that my onboarding system dropped off after I requested content.

Even when I got the content, I’d just send it to the account manager and expect them to do something with it.

There was no follow up.

If you’re a newbie, this probably sounds pretty cool to you.

If you have any respectable amount of experience with even ONE girl, you’re probably wondering what the hell I was thinking.

In effect, I was my own venture capitalist investor: make a lot of noise, proclaim victory, and hope the inner workings of the business eventually develop enough to justify the premature expansion.

What a house of cards it turned out to be.

At the time, however, I thought it was a work of art.

I was so proud of myself. I felt invincible.

Except for one problem:

Nobody was making any money.

My Italian stripper and superstar had long since been released, my Reddit Genius had moved onto greener pastures, and none of my new account managers seemed to have any idea what the hell they were doing.

Now that I think about it, it’s kind of funny how I fell for the same exact lines that I used to get my models to sign with my agency.

“Well, this guy TOLD me he had another model who was making $28k/month. So obviously it must be true!”

Looking back, I had so many motivated girls who provided a ton of quality content that I squandered by handing them off to someone who either:

  1. Didn’t know what they were doing
  2. Lost interest after a few days, or
  3. Both.

I signed one girl who was the wife of a porn studio owner ready to go.

Instead of working on her myself, I passed her off to some guy who hit me up on Reddit.

“I’m a college student and really like your articles. I would love to work for you for free.”

Ok buddy, here have a model. Good luck.

How do you think that went?

Obviously I have nobody to blame but myself.

There’s a ton of things I could have done instead, but they all come down to 1 core concept: I should have started sending traffic to my models ASAP.

If I had just worked a little bit each day on sending them some traffic, today I would be in a much different situation.

But instead, I passed off the dirty task of promoting my girls to people who were either underqualified, underpaid, or unmotivated to do it for me.

If you have a QUALITY model and you’re not busting your ass to promote her every chance you get, what are you thinking?

Unless you have an absolutely stunning girl, this is not going to be easy money.

It takes work, time, experience, trial and error, and you MUST make mistakes in order to design a working system.

If you just sit on your ass NOT promoting a girl who trusted you to put her on the map, why are you even in this business in the first place?

I at least had an excuse that I was building a brand and doing other shit. I had a model marketplace, a blog, YouTube channel, etc that I was working on.

Do you have those things? No?

Then get yourself an aged Reddit account and get to work.

Deadly Sin #3 – Your Models Are Ugly And/Or Unremarkable

I used to tell new agency owners that when they’re starting out, they should sign any model who agrees to work with them.

If you are inexperienced with online marketing, then I believe this is still true.

However, if you have experience with online marketing, web development, media buying, or social media marketing, then I think you should hold out for a stunner.

Once again though, I didn’t take my own advice.

But I was itching to get started and didn’t want to wait for the stunners to get on my level.

In fact, part of how I learned so much so quickly was my openness to work with whatever models wanted to work.

Usually the hotter girls will be lazier and the uglier girls will be more hard working.

I made money with my first girls – who you wouldn’t look twice at if you saw them in public – and had no idea what I was doing.

Obviously I would have made more money with them if they were stunners.

But without enough experience to effectively pretend I knew what I was doing, who knows how long it would have taken me to get them?

All that said, let me state the obvious:

Hotter girls are easier to promote and make more money in a shorter timeframe.

Am I saying it’s impossible to make money with an unattractive girl? No.

But if your girl is average, then you are going to have a much harder time getting anyone to spend money on her.

Why would anyone pay for her content when there are literally thousands of hotter girls competing for those same simp dollars?

  • The Italian milf made some of the most boring content I’ve ever seen, never smiled, and was barred out on Xanax 24/7 – but she had massive fake tits that made some guys completely lose their minds.
  • The Awkward Milf, on the other hand, also made some of the WORST content I’ve ever seen, but didn’t have a massive pair of fake titties to fall back on.

As a result, the Awkward Milf made less money with more work in more time.

YES, you can make money with subpar girls. It is possible.

And in theory, I would rather have an average girl who did everything I said instead of a hottie that I had to chase.

But guess what buckaroos, that’s just a THEORY because there are no girls on planet earth who will do everything you say.

Yes, they may incorporate some of your suggestions into the content they create, but they won’t do EVERYTHING you ask.

I had one overweight Russian girl who sent literally the WORST content I’d ever seen.

Bad sound, bad optics, smudged camera lens, boring, poor staging – just awful in every way.

I sent her a very polite and professional critique, telling her that it was unusable for promotion.

I gave her instructions for how to fix the mistakes.

Never received the second batch.

Another girl made extremely boring content, literally just placing a vibrator on her clit and closing her eyes for 5 minutes.

I tried telling her to put a little more action in the scenes, a little more movement, dirty talk, SOMETHING.

No change at all.

These girls were not extraordinary by any means. They were plain, if not below average.

In order to swing a girl like that, you need to have her do some extreme shit or appeal to a niche audience.

That’s actually good advice in general and something that every agency owner should do for every girl, but it’s much easier said than done.

It seems to me that getting your hands on the perfect storm of physical attractiveness, responsiveness, hard work ethic, and the ability to incorporate constructive criticism is so rare in models that even experienced agency owners will take whatever they can get.

I haven’t solved this problem yet, but as I think about it, there are a few solutions:

  1. Develop a theme for your agency and ONLY accept girls that fit that theme
  2. Hold out for the hottest girls and hope you can get them a result before they give up and quit
  3. Sign any hardworking girl and shove her into an obscure niche that is unsaturated

Personally, I’m more drawn to the first and second options.

If I could wave my magic wand, I’d only work with these types of girls:

  • American and local to my city
  • Huge natural tits
  • Open to doing anime/cosplay (or fetish content)
  • Some modeling experience
  • Able to provide hundreds of pictures per month

I would much rather promote a girl who ALL she has to do is take off her shirt and bounce her titties around than try to promote an average – or even pretty – girl who has to piss on herself or sit on cakes in order to make a buck.

But again, like I said earlier, if you’re new and taking anything you can get your hands on, just make sure to niche them down into something disgusting or perverted.

Personally speaking, this may not be a bad idea for me moving forward either. In fact, I think I may make it mandatory.

And since we’re on the subject, I REALLY like the idea developing a theme for the agency and turning away all girls who don’t fit that theme.

It doesn’t even really matter what the theme is, just pick SOMETHING: Milfs, jailbait, BDSM – literally just pick anything.

I can’t go as far as to say that the basic shit “sticking things inside yourself” doesn’t work, but I mean come on – unless your girl is an absolute stunner, how could it?

Go browse some NSFW subreddits and take a look at all the solid 9s and 10s that are getting ZERO upvotes on their posts.

Hundreds of them get posted to the major subs every hour and most of them go unnoticed by the mob.

Why?

Because our lizard brains don’t find anything extraordinary about these models – UNLESS they’re niched down into a category that especially tickles us.

Just pick something.

And by the way, DON’T LEAVE IT UP TO THE GIRL.

YOU pick for her.

Tell her to go drink a gallon of water and record 3 videos of herself pissing her pants by the end of the day or she’s fired.

Maybe that’s a little extreme. But you get the idea.

Deadly Sin #4 – Your Models Are Lazy (Or Are They?)

If your models aren’t responding to your DMs, aren’t sending the content you asked for, or aren’t delivering on THEIR promise of being good little girls like they said they’d be during your Zoom call, then guess what:

It might NOT be because they are lazy.

Title of this section notwithstanding, there might be another reason that your models aren’t doing what you asked.

As I mentioned at the beginning of this article, I have made the arduous return to my old job: selling hairstyling tools at trade shows every weekend.

Now don’t get me wrong – there are definitely some cool things about this job (other than being paid to talk to girls and play with their hair).

For example, this skill has allowed me to spend two years in Australia, one year in new Zealand, a year in Germany, two years in southeast Asia, and helped fund dozens of trips to exotic locations around the world.

I can get a job any where in the world where there are Israelis selling hairstyling tools – which is more places than you’d think.

If tomorrow, I decided that I wanted to go work in Jakarta, Manilla, Cape Town, Tokyo, Manhattan, Mauritius, or Miami, all it would take is a few phone calls and I’d be on a plane in a few days.

It’s allowed me to see and do a lot that my peers who have been stuck in the same city have not been able to do.

Even better (or worse, depending how you look at it) is that it’s not uncommon to be receive your salary in cash at this job.

Not only that, but I’m connected to half a dozen companies in the US that have shows every weekend, so I can work as much or as little as I want.

That said, after not having worked in this business for just under a year, coming back a month ago wasn’t so easy.

Last weekend was especially challenging.

Not only were Friday and Saturday 11 hour days, but the building we were working in had no internet or cellular service.

No breaks on my phone, no checking my social media, no communicating on Telegram. Nothing.

To make matters worse, my coworkers absolutely SMOKED me on Saturday.

As I was standing there, I couldn’t help but think, “What the hell am I doing here? Why am I doing this job? Why don’t I do something else?”

Not to toot my own horn or anything, but I’m a talented guy. I have so many talents that sometimes I forget about them all.

WTF am I doing selling hair straighteners at home and garden shows in sh*thole towns like Kansas City, Missouri?

Talk about wasted potential.

This type of commission-only sales is especially dangerous because each successful sale comes with its own little hit of dopamine.

Even if you’re not making a ton of money, the act of hunting down a customer, nailing your demo, and closing someone on several hundred dollars gives makes you feel really freaking good.

Sure, you only made $70.

But that lady loved you, your coworkers watched in awe, and that cute little 23 year old promotional model at the booth across the way hasn’t stopped eyef*cking you all day.

But when you have bad days – like I did on Saturday – none of that means anything.

You watch your coworkers crush it, make their customers happy, and rub the complete control of their emotions in your bitter little face.

Plus, if you hit a mini-slump or have a bad day, you just lost 8 hours of selling time that you won’t be able to recomp until the next show.

And in retail, Saturday is the when you are going to make most of your money.

Having done this job on and off for 10+ years, I have enough experience to know that the best thing to do during a bad day is to continue to work.

All it takes is a few sales from happy customers to turn your day around.

So I continued to work, make sales, and never gave up hope.

But the prolonged emotional distress of watching my coworkers happily smoke me as I questioned my life choices made something snap in my mind.

I realized that this job just wasn’t worth my time anymore.

Before returning to shows, my days looked like this:

  • Wake up at 6 AM
  • Work on stuff until 9:30
  • Spend 2-3 hours at the gym
  • Come back and work a little more
  • Cook dinner at 5
  • Work for another hour or so
  • Play some Dota
  • Watch something before going to sleep

I didn’t realize how good I had it.

When you are hyper-caffeinated, hyper-alert, and spending 2 days a week on airplanes, there are no 2-3 hour gym sessions.

There is no casual waking up at 6 AM to do agency stuff.

And you can forget about cooking dinner. What, in my hotel room?

That Show Life is a completely different lifestyle – one that I used to enjoy.

But my life changed in the past few years in a way that I’m worried is irreversible. No more traveling to different countries, sampling their beaches, and living off street food until I run out of money.

I won’t get into it here, but this is why making money is so important to me now.

I’m really not that kind of guy.

I would be perfectly happy to move back to Thailand where I could train some Muay Thai, spend an hour or two at the beach, eat some barbeque pork and sticky rice, and satisfy the repressed desiers of European backpacker girls far from home.

But I figure if I have to be in America and make money anyway, I might as well go all out and obscene amounts.

Selling hair straighteners is not going to get me there.

Not only is it not going to get me there, but it’s also not going to allow me to live anywhere close to the type of life I want to live.

4 nights a week in hotels, 2 days a week on cramped airplanes, and spending my weekends overstimmed and stressed about money. I’m over it.

The point I’m getting at here is that the juice is no longer worth the squeeze.

Back when I was all about that Show Life, I had much more motivation.

  • My discipline at work was much better.
  • I worked much harder.
  • I voluntarily suffered more because the relative payoff felt like it was worth it.

But now I have different goals. And this isn’t right for me anymore.

When you sign a model, they go through a similar process.

You are asking them to change their lifestyle, perform a task, and deliver a product.

Not once, but multiple times.

Ask yourself this: how much content does she need to provide until YOU give HER a result?

How many pictures, videos, masturbation sessions, and back and forth messages does she need to endure before she starts seeing some money come into her account?

In other words, if you are constantly asking your model for content and she is not seeing progress (fans + money), she is going to get “lazy.”

Maybe my personal anecdote about returning to shows is a little extreme, but the concept is the same.

Any time you start a new habit, you unconsciously calculate how long you’ll have to work before you see a measurable result.

This “velocity of success” is crucial in determining how long a model stays with you.

Sure, some are more trusting than others. And some are in less of a hurry.

But if you aren’t delivering a result (after THEY deliver the content), then they’ll think, “This guy is full of sh*t.”

And from there it’s just a matter of time until they disappear.

Here’s some harsh truth for you beginners: most people who start an agency will not be successful with their first model.

If you were, good for you. You’re the exception.

Most likely, new agency owners are going to f*ck it up somehow.

Either you’re going to say or do something that makes her not want to work with you, you’ll fail to get her a result, or both.

Instead of blaming the models for being lazy, take the responsibility on yourself for not delivering a result fast enough.

Obviously, if she never provides any content or doesn’t give you enough in the first batch, then it’s on her.

But if she’s been with you for multiple weeks and you still haven’t shown her anything meaningful, then you need to accept that you suck and do what you can to improve.

Deadly Sin #5 – You Keep Changing Strategies

Hi, my name is Yalla Papi. And I have Shiny Object Syndrome.

If I had to pick one thing that’s held me back more than anything else, it’s the fact that I can’t seem to pick one thing to focus on.

  • I’m going to write articles
  • I’m going to make YouTube videos
  • I’m going to focus on my Romanian model
  • I’m going to focus on my Ukranian model
  • I’m going to focus on Reddit
  • I’m going to build a Twitter mother/slave operation
  • I’m going to build a model marketplace
  • I’m going to recruit girls in person
  • I’m going to start my own personal OnlyFans
  • I’m going to focus on my high ticket coaching program
  • I’m going to focus on partnering with someone to do a case study

Sometimes I’ll watch myself from the side and think, “Gee I sure am changing my mind a lot. I probably shouldn’t do that.”

Yet here we are.

Occasionally I’ll get messages from people who are like,

“I really admire you because you never give up.”

I understand that this is meant as a compliment, but what I hear is,

“You’re not successful at anything you do.”

Maybe this is a little harsh,. But is it really?

I guess it depends how we define “successful.”

My definition of successful is “able to provide full-time income for myself and my family so that I can comfortably stop selling hair straighteners at trade shows.’

By that definition, none of my methods have been “successful.”

I believe that I have the seed of success in each of the methods I’ve tried, but have given up before finding enough success with any one of them.

Let’s take my most recent experience of creating a Twitter mother/slave operation.

What I did:

  1. Set up 20 Twitter accounts for 5 models
  2. Used cheap datacenter proxies
  3. Posted hardcore content to their Twitter profiles
  4. Used NSFW hashtags
  5. Linked directly to the OF/Fansly accounts

What I should have done:

  1. Set up 100 Twitter profiles for 1 model
  2. Used rotating mobile proxies
  3. Posted tease/softcore content
  4. Linked to a squeeze page to capture leads and then redirected to their fan page

NOTE: If you guys are looking for a good 3rd party software tool to capture leads for your OnlyFans models, check out SimpTrap.

The biggest mistake here was one that I didn’t even list: I made the mistake of buying cheap Twitter accounts that didn’t come with the registered email.

So when I got flagged for a password reset or email verification, there was no way for me to solve the problem.

I’d have to scrap the account and start with a new one.

Which means I’d also have to scrap the proxy.

Which also means I’d have to restart the actions per day for the new account to a low level.

Would I eventually have figured out a way to solve those problems if I had continued working on the strategy? Probably.

But instead of dealing with these problems as I encountered them, I shifted to another Shiny Object: Reddit.

I tried making a few posts on Reddit for my Romanian model, got some quick traction, and mentally abandoned my mother/slave operation.

All that work down the drain, right?

Sort of.

I mean I still have the knowledge I gained from going through the process.

But unfortunately my apartment complex doesn’t accept knowledge for a rent payment.

And once I made the switch back to Reddit, it wasn’t like everything went smoothly, either.

I made the mistake of logging into multiple accounts from the same IP.

So when one account got banned from a subreddit, they would both receive a suspension if (when) another account tried to post to that same subreddit.

Reddit doesn’t care that your accounts are for different models.

All they care about is the fact that a specific browser footprint and associated Reddit account tried to post in a specific subreddit that the same browser footprint was banned from (albeit with a separate Reddit account).

This has happened to me with multiple Reddit accounts. And just today happened with my Romanian girl, so I’m kinda sad.

Mobile proxies and anti-detect browsers – these are basic tools that I knew I should be using.

But because I was in a hurry to get some results, I ignored it.

“Oh well I’ll just try it with these accounts and see if it works. I’ll worry about that stuff later.”

Always execute your method to the best of your ability from the beginning.

In fact, now that I think about it, maybe that’s my problem.

I am in such a rush to get a result that I cut corners, build my empire on a rotten foundation, and then blame the blueprint for the bad result.

But it’s not the blueprint, it’s the foundation.

In other words, I need to make sure that I do everything perfectly from the beginning – which is exactly the opposite advice that I give people.

My advice is usually, “Just start and figure it out along the way.”

The issue with that advice is that I feel like it encourages people to procrastinate in the name of perfection.

In my case, I have no problem taking action.

My problem is that I take hasty action and it comes back to f*ck me in the end.

What I should have done is restarted the same strategy but having done everything perfectly.

In other words, I should have only logged in using mobile proxies and an anti-detect browser.

But after this recent setback, my lizard brain now has me thinking, “Well, maybe Reddit isn’t the right way to go either.”

Honestly, I’m so sick of f*cking up these different methods that now I’m thinking that maybe an agency isn’t right.

Statistically, you’d think that I would have accidentally done things right at least once by now.

But the odds of you accidentally being successful with anything done haphazardly are infintesimal at best.

What I should have done instead is tried to be more like my old partner, the acclaimed Reddit Genius.

As far as I can remember, he has only used Reddit to market his models.

Instead of dabbling in TikTok, PornHub, Twitter, or <insert method here>, he has stuck with Reddit since I’ve known him.

And having watched him from the sidelines, I am very impressed with how far he’s come since we started working together.

Back when we had my Superstar, he managed to get her an impressive 100+ paid subs at $15 in just under two weeks.

He also crushed it on a free account for her with 2k+ subs.

(Not to mention all the PPVs he sold.)

All of these results were gotten through Reddit.

Sure, maybe we got one or two subs from her PornHub account. But everything else was from Reddit.

In the months since then, he’s built a private Reddit Telegram group with nearly 100 members. (EDIT: Over 100 members now)

At $200 per head, that means he’s generated almost $20k just by offering an exclusive group for people to talk about Reddit.

Not only that, but the dude has a literal WAITING LIST of agency owners who want to pay him thousands of dollars to promote their models on Reddit.

I use the group every time I have a question about promoting through Reddit.

I’ve found a source for cheap (yet quality) upvotes, $35/month mobile proxies from the UK, and seen what’s possible once you dial in your Reddit promotions.

I see this and think to myself: “If I had just focused on Reddit instead of doing all this other sh*t, then my girls would be crushing it on there as well.”

Just the other day he showed me the results of a week long promotion he’d done for one of his models – over 1000 paid subs in under two weeks.

Sure, this girl has massive natural tits the size of your head, but still.

I don’t know how many of you have Shiny Object Syndrome as badly as I do, but don’t make the same mistake I did.

Pick one method of promotion and stick with it.

Even if you have to start over, learn that system as deeply as you can and don’t move onto anything else until people are offering to pay you to run it for them.

Deadly Sin #6 – You Suck At Chatting

You learn a lot about yourself when it’s time to chat with simps.

Personally speaking, it has never been more clear to me that I have no idea why the f*ck people pay for explicit content.

My autism is so powerful that I literally cannot wrap my head around the fact that there are millions of men who pay for X-rated pictures and videos of women they’ll never meet.

Porn, I understand.

But porn is free.

And even the stuff you have to pay for, you can find that content if you look hard enough.

My Romanian model has around 500 fans – most of them free – so when I took over her account, I decided to try my hand at chatting.

As I already mentioned, the first thing I learned is that I have a hell of a time putting myself in the mind of a customer.

I’m chatting with these guys and thinking, “Why is this guy asking to buy content? What the hell is wrong with him?”

Don’t get me wrong, I have content to sell him.

And this Romanian girl is very pretty.

But personally, I wouldn’t watch her content even if it was free.

I also wouldn’t waste time talking to her online since I know that there is zero chance I’ll ever meet her in real life.

The second thing I learned is that I don’t enjoy chatting with these guys.

I have over a decade of commission-only sales experience. I’m not afraid to sell.

But trying to have conversations with these idiots and trying to sell them content makes my skin crawl.

Sure, it would be nice to get some big tips and sell some content.

But I have absolutely no desire to sit there and chat with these losers about selling them pictures and videos.

This is something I would have realized months ago if I had taken a more active role in managing my models.

Also, part of me feels like I’m too deep in the game at this point to be wasting my time chatting with simps.

It’s strange because it’s not like I need to understand the mind of a female and why she wants to buy a hair straightener.

I can sell those in my sleep.

And:

  • At least she’s getting an actual product that she will get some use out of.
  • Most of the time it’s not a sale made to a desperate and sad person.
  • Even though it would be a stretch, you could argue that she NEEDS one (hers broke, etc).

Another impotrant reason I don’t enjoy chatting is that I have no idea what I’m doing.

If I had a reliable system for squeezing some money out of these guys, I don’t think I’d feel so gross about it.

I guess 500 subs is enough to start making money from it. But I spent pretty much zero time chatting with these guys.

Some of them will send messages, but I look at them and think, “I don’t want to talk to this loser.”

I know I shouldn’t be saying that. And I definitely shouldn’t be writing it.

But I just feel like I don’t have time for this shit.

I want to go to the gym and write articles. At worst maybe schedule some posts on Reddit.

Leave me alone with your cringey thirsty loser shit.

Another thing I don’t like about chatting is how you always have to be on the computer to do it.

I guess I could choose to see it differently – how there are always potential customers that can be communicated with and sold to.

But I don’t. I want something more hands off.

And that isn’t me being lazy. I want to do the work once and get paid for it.

(EDIT: Actually maybe that is being lazy.)

I can’t give you any advice if you suck at chatting. Suck less?

Deadly Sin #7 – You Have Too Many Models (And Some Of Them Are On Fansly)

As stage 5 (“doing all the work myself”) began and I lost all my account managers, I actually thought I’d be able to handle 6 models at once.

The way I saw it, as long as I was able to drive enough traffic, everything else would take care of itself.

But it’s hard enough driving traffic for 1 or 2 girls, let alone 6.

Still, I was eager to prove myself, so I started building out my Twitter mother/slave operation and testing different Jarvee parameters for the models.

We already know how that story ends, but I did get some success with it at first.

The first day or two the accounts were active, the girls would get some subs.

Unfortunately, between scheduling all the posts, tweets, OF feed, my very necessary daily workouts, account bans and other growing pains, I was in WAY over my head.

It didn’t help that most of these girls had been strung along for months waiting for a result.

By the time I had come into the picture, it was too little too late. Their motivation and optimism was gone.

And I still had the tiny little problem of not knowing what the hell I was doing.

The first one to drop was a 20 year old American girl who seemed to have a lot of promise.

I signed her AGES ago, maybe a week or two after my Superstar and I parted ways.

I had a good feeling about her because she actually took direction well and provided good content.

After passing her off to my French account manager (remember him?) and letting him run with it for a few months, it turned out that he was also out of the game.

So I took over her account and tried to get her back on track.

Let me tell you, it’s hard reactivating a girl that has lost faith in your operation.

When you sign a model, their motivation is high and they’re ready to put in work.

After a few months have passed and they still haven’t seen a single dollar, you can imagine how hard it would be to get them to do anything.

I got sick of chasing her down for content and she eventually disappeared.

Then there were 5.

The next one to go was the Russian Bombshell that I wrote about in my last article.

This girl was easily the best girl I’ve ever worked with.

She followed all my instructions, answered my DMs ASAP, and to top it all off, she was gorgeous.

With a perfect plastic bimbo look, this chick looked like a video game character.

But try as I might, I couldn’t get her any subs. Even free ones.

I would come to realize this later, but the issue with her was that she was on Fansly.

I thought the difference between Fansly and OnlyFans was negligible, but I was wrong.

At this point, my Russian scouts were still sending me girls, so I jumped at the chance to take this one.

I thought that even an idiot would be able to get results with her.

She ended up bailing after a few weeks. Still very professional though.

That brings us to 4.

The next one to go didn’t break my heart.

Remember the girl I mentioned who held the vibrator on her clit, closed her eyes, and sat silently until she had an orgasm?

That was this one.

She did deliver a lot of content – but it wasn’t very good.

And physically, she wasn’t much to look at either.

The last 3 girls I have are:

  1. My Romanian girl next door
  2. My other Ukranian cam girl
  3. My friend from real life

And honestly, I feel like even 3 is too many.

Part of me just wants to get rid of all of them and completely start over.

The best of the bunch – the Romanian – CAN make good B/G content but is always fighting with her boyfriend.

Also, we are running into the same problem with her that I had with the 20 year old – no results means she’s less likely to actually do anything.

The other day I asked her for some content, and she sent me around 15 pics and a few short video clips.

That’s swell and all, but if you promote on Reddit you are going to need a lot more than that.

A lot of subreddits are really picky with posting the same content to multiple subs. And those are the places you want to be.

I know exactly what’s going through her head, “I’ve sent so much content already and have barely made anything. How much more do I have to send before I get a payout?”

This chick has a couple hundred bucks sitting on her account, so once we connect a payout method for her she’ll get a little something.

Emphasis on “little.”

But she’s 20 years old and in Romania. I’m sure it’ll get me at least 100 more pics and videos.

What a drag though.

And her Reddit account just got suspended today.

The other Ukranian cam girl has some promise, mainly because she is willing to do hardcore porn.

But even though she can open an OnlyFans, she doesn’t want to. She wants Fansly.

With her, I am working with someone from the Simp Hunters private group to create a full blown business for her.

Squeeze page to capture leads, marketing funnel and SMS flows – all that good stuff.

The idea with her is that we capture the leads and market to them consistently over time in hopes of converting them into paying customers.

Yes, it sucks that she is on Fansly.

But the guy I am working with seems fairly confident that it’ll get us a result. So I don’t mind to try.

Finally, we have my friend from real life.

She took a little longer to get me everything than I would have liked, but I’ve definitely dropped the ball on her.

Since she was the newest addition to the roster, she was the one who slipped through the cracks.

I’ve only started promoting her today.

Not only am I worried that it might be too little too late, but I honestly don’t feel like I could handle 3 girls at this point even if everything was working properly.

With returning to working full time at shows, it’s hard enough for me with the girls I currently have.

I think I may send her a message and let her go.

We’ll see how the posts I have scheduled for her this weekend do. If nothing miraculous happens, I’m gonna cut her.

The lesson here should be obvious: don’t sign any new girls until you are getting good results with the one(s) you have.

This is kind of tricky because when you sign a new girl, you don’t actually know if she’s going to submit any content.

  • If she does submit content, you don’t know if it’s going to be any good.
  • If  it’s not good, you don’t know if she’s actually going to send another batch with your feedback integrated.

So each time you sign a girl you are taking a risk.

How do you know if you should focus on the girl you have, or if you should keep looking for more?

This is why I am only going to go after extremely attractive/photogenic girls from now on.

The ones I have now are decent, but they are not like WOW.

And if you’re a beginner, you are probably going to have trouble if your girls aren’t stunners.

Another thing is to NOT work with girls on Fansly unless you are a traffic master (or a glutton for punishment).

To date, I know one guy who is crushing it with Fansly and doing $100k+ months. But he’s literally the only one.

By comparison, I know tons of agency owners who are making a killing on OF.

Yes, Fansly is a better platform with better customer service and easier payout options. But who cares about any of that if you never get any subs in the first place?

Don’t Make It More Complicated Than It Already Is

It’s pretty telling that an article about “how to not make money on OnlyFans” is almost 9,000 words long.

I certainly have a lot to say about how to do things wrong.

I guess I’m even an expert at it.

Someone told me a long time ago that this shit is really simple: just get your content in front of as many simps as possible.

And on one level, that’s true.

All you have to do is get a bunch of content, put it in places where people who want that content are, and pitch them on buying more.

It’s that simple.

Maybe for some people, it’s also easy. But not for me.

My situation is a little different because of the unique path I chose, but that only makes me feel a tiny bit better.

And unfortunately, those good feelings won’t help me pay my bills.

So in the meantime, it’s back to talking to girls and playing with their hair every weekend.

The roster will slowly shrink until there are no girls left. And then I’ll finally be able to start over.

I honestly wouldn’t mind.

  1. Yo….Yalla Papi, I really appreciate your honesty in this post. I know your a youtuber but you hardly here about the struggles to goes into creating a successful agency. I guess a lot of guys on YouTube just picking courses that at the end of the day are as vague as a mud map. I know because I brought most of them and still feel like I know f*ck all about what goes into building and agency. What i have discovered is finding models is the least of our worries they are on every single platform. The complexity is creating a system that works for your business. Then find a marketing method and master that shit. And lastly make friends with failure, the faster you fail, the faster you find what works!

    Cheers

    1. Very true amigo. Models are a dime a dozen once you get into this game. The hardest part is traffic. And then once you master that you have to figure out how to actually get these guys to pay anything. Glad you enjoyed the article.

  2. Hi Stuart, if I’m correct. Your story in some parts is similar to mine. We are around the same age, so it looks like we have a few things in common, like autism 😀 I started with OnlyFans not exactly because of A.T., but I think he was the first to plant the seed in my head. In the beginning, I used to watch a lot of different videos about OnlyFans, and I accidentally found you. I really enjoyed your content and have to say that I watched all of your videos, which has never happened to me before.
A few things made me laugh, such as our similar wishes for a villa in Bali and models over there. Let’s hope we can fulfil that wish. I used to struggle with procrastination, but about half a year ago, I got back on track. I made some big bucks in crypto in 2019, had a lazy life, split up with my girlfriend, and that really messed me up for a while. But last summer, I said enough is enough and started doing OnlyFans. I feel the same energy as when I started with crypto.
By the way about this distraction problem I have learned it the very hard way in crypto, stick with one thing and milk it. Do not get distracted because it’s all a fucking mirage, nothing more. It looks like you will master everything but in the end, it is only smoke mirrors.
Once again, I appreciate that a guy openly shares his life on a blog, and I still don’t know why I keep reading your stuff. I will get in touch with you one day. And thanks again.
